Costco Canada Liquor Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Use of a Costco Canada Liquor Gift Card (CCL Gift Card) constitutes an agreement to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be amended by Costco Canada Liquor (CCL) without prior written notice to or consent of the cardholder.
These terms and conditions highlight the CCL Gift Card features. Please read all terms and conditions before use.
Costco Canada Liquor Gift Cards – General Terms
- CCL Gift Cards can be purchased at any Costco Canada Liquor location in Alberta.
- CCL Gift Cards are issued by Costco Canada Liquor
- Denominations available per CCL Gift Card: $10 – $2,000
- Purchase limit of $10,000 or less per day
- Customer can reload / increase the CCL Gift Card balance at a Costco Canada Liquor location
- CCL Gift Cards have no expiry date
- CCL Gift Cards are non-negotiable instruments
- CCL Gift Cards may not be resold
- CCL Gift Cards balances may only be applied to the purchase of products at Costco Canada Liquor
- Costco Canada Liquor is not responsible for the use of the CCL Gift Card without your permission
- CCL Gift Cards will immediately be void if Costco Canada Liquor determined that it was at any time obtained illegally (including by fraud, theft, or other criminal act or failing to tender proper payment) or if it is altered or (if applicable) defaced
- Costco Canada Liquor is not responsible for lost or stolen CCL Gift Card(s)
- CCL Gift Card(s) received in error are subject to cancellation
- If you did not purchase the CCL Gift Card directly from Costco Canada Liquor, the original issue value identified on the card may not reflect the actual balance, due to factors beyond the control of Costco Canada Liquor (e.g. third party use)
- Balances can only be applied toward merchandise at CCL locations in Alberta
